Can I share a client with another MSP or with the client themselves?

Yes. A client can be shared with another Passbeam account, which is how a hand-over or a co-managed arrangement works, and the other side can hand it back. Both directions are used in anger rather than theoretical.

You can also invite colleagues into your own account with a role, and narrow them to particular clients if that is how your helpdesk is organised.
