What does it cost?

Free for up to 10 devices or people, permanently. It's there so you can test Passbeam properly, and if you stay at 10 or fewer we'll never charge you. At 11 or more, every device or person is £1.75 per month, not just the ones over 10. The 10 counts everything on your account together: devices, people, guest logins and MAC devices.

Guest logins and MAC devices are £0.75 each per month, whether a guest login is made by hand, imported from a CSV file or synced from an Entra group. See “How do I set up staff guest Wi-Fi from an Entra group?”.

There's no VAT to add, because Passbeam Ltd isn't VAT registered.

You pay monthly by Direct Debit, for the month just gone. An owner or admin sets it up under Organisation → Billing.
